Vintage clothing source?

Searched and didn't find anything. I'm looking to do a Noir Punisher costume for Halloween. Sure, I could just get modern clothes, but I'd like to get the vintage feel. Story takes place in 1935, so that's the era of clothing I need.

-White undershirt
-Basic white button up shirt
-Black tie
-'Y' suspenders
-Dark slacks
-Leather belt w/silver buckle
-Dark Socks
-WWI combat boots
-Tan trench coat
-Bullet proof vest (lookalike obviously, I'll probably use a regular suit vest. That's what it looks like in the comic anyways)

If anyone could help me source some of the harder to find items like the trench coat, shirt, or pants, that would be awesome. Any websites you could provide that sell this stuff would be nice. I know to look on ebay and etsy but I can't really find any stuff that looks like the comic. Maybe a reproduction company? Thanks!

Try Salvation Army and Good Will stores. Also for the Trench coat and Boots, you can try Army Surplus. There are also Army Surplus stores on line. Just Google Army Surplus. Probably your cheapest and best bets.

I don't think Goodwill is going to have clothes from 1935. Mainly I'm looking for a site that sells clothes from that era, whether it be original or reproduction.

Check to see if there are any costume stores in your are (not the pop-up Halloween stores). Here in Dallas there are a couple that specialize in vintage clothing from all eras.

I shopped around online at some Halloween sites, but I'm not sure how accurate they are. Most of them looked like..well..Halloween costumes lol. I might have to locate an actual costuming store. Good idea!

Hi , depending on what you are willing to spend, Indy, over at Magnoli Clotheries made amazing stuff for me at several occations

but for some of the items, lie the boot, have a look at the WPG, they do good leather, especially boots

Thanks for all the links so far! I find it hard to believe there is snit a single online store that deals with a men's vintage clothing. All the sites I find are either all women's clothing, or are just to advertise their walk in store. Even eBay has nothing.

I'm thinking if I can at least get the trench coat right and boots right. Then I could probably use a modern button up and modify a tie to have the shape of Tue older ones. The mask will be a custom job anyways, so no biggy there. So will the shoulder holder, as it holds his knives too.

Defiantly going to look at some local shops. After that suggestion I found a shop two towns over, so I'm going to give them a call.
