Okay,I have a few things I'd like to say about this and hang on because I haven't kept up with the whole Batman story the last twenty or twenty-five years....
First off Bats and Al Ghoul aren't exactly that antagonistic towards each other later in the comics,so I wonder if they are going to be that way in this next film.
Al Ghoul is going to be the first "bad guy" to make two appearances in a Batman movie,since '89 it's been all one-shots.
Since 2005 when I found out the bad guy was Mr.Ghoul I NEVER thought he was dead-unless Nolan pulled one out of his butt then Ghoul would be back,or not see above.
The thing with Nolan saying "inhuman" or "superhuman" doesn't exist has always stuck as downright odd since the first badguy Bats went up against was...an immortal? sooooo~I guess an immortal isn't superhuman or inhuman? and they just happen everyday? if that's so I wonder what is Nolan smoking? it must be some real good stuff to make his brain work that way.
Of course Ghoul could be the one behind 'ol Bane,some new Oriental super drug concoction I guess.
How much do you wanna bet we'll see a fourth film? and how much you wanna bet we'll ether see or hear mention of a certain red and blue tights wearing super guy??
face it DC is in a tizzy over Avengers and restarting this version of Batman seems nuts,the whole "Superman doesn't exist in my Batman world" has always seemed downright odd with what I point out above.
Unless they frame it as an Elseworlds story......

Nolan has said this is the conclusion to "his" Batman story - which I think is appropriate. While I am sure Batman will continue, this will be the end of the story BB started.

The Halle Berry "Catwoman" costume was ANYTHING but hot. It looked completely stupid.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Bane's mask looks too much like Scorpion, Sub-Zero's and Reptile's masks.
The costume does look pretty cool though.

But will this Bane soon become another iconic interpretation due to the Nolanizing? We'll have to wait til we get some more teaser/trailer/TV footage or just wait til after the film is released.

That Bane costume looks horrible to me! I hope the story is at least good because that is not Bane.

I'm disappointed in what I see in that pic, honestly. Bane is awesome in the comics. This looks horrible, IMO. Not terrifying at all. Guess I will just have to keep an open mind...
