Security Arms has a couple of photos of it on their web site, it is listed as the Saiga OICW 12ga. http://securityarms.com/20010315/galleryfiles/2100/2173.htm

They do not allow you to copy the photo, and Long Mountian Outfitters no longer lists "Showtime" in it's movie guns section.
