VERA/ALICE is DONE!!!

Thanks so much for all the kind words guys. I really, really appreciate it. (Though a whole lot of the credit has to go to my machinist who came through with all the parts.)

Are these ok? (I left some space at the top/bottom for icons.)

The only thing left to do now is: a) Get Adam Baldwin's address and b) Ship it out to him! ;)

Fantastic job! I've been keeping my eye on this project since the beginning.

Many of you have been following the buildup of this in this thread but due to the amount of photos I figured it warranted a new one. I just finished her up this weekend. A couple of things will be tweaked eventually, inaccurate screws and such, but for now I call this project completed. (More info on the final parts of the build can be found on my site.) This is a monumental day for me here at the RPF- to be able to show you all my "holy grail" of props and the realization of a dream.

So here she is... Alice, the world's first Callahan Fullbore Autolock replica!

That is a nifty piece of work!

Does the barrel flip up to make it a bullpup rifle?

There is a real hinge holding the two purple hand guard pieces together, so the option of having the barrel folding is there if I want it. But since the Vera mods (extra large muzzle, scope rail and scopes) would stop it from folding properly I have it fixed in place.
