Vegeta Cosplay, need help.

So I want to do a Vegeta cosplay from "Resurrection of F" , but I need help finding a site/shop to make the gray unitard he wears underneath his armor. Any ideas? I really just need the lining done, and possibly some muscle tone.

cheapest option would be a dark grey morph suit



you could add the lines with a sharpie

for muscle tone you could get two morph suits(bare with me this will make sense) add furniture foam to the first suit then put on the second............da da
