Vaders X1advanced TIE resin kit

$400 + shipping is a phenomenal price indeed! :eek:eek:eek

I am not trying to cause trouble here, (I always LOVE great prices... and I am a tight ******* ...LOL) but I would have imagined the price to be closer to about $550 or so. This is a 1:18 HUGE piece with complete quality. We don't want you to lose your shirt on your first project my friend. ;)

Dude, shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !

I lost my shirt and more a long time ago...

Still, as i said - this is my first one and i need to get these first kits out there and have some of you actually building them. I need constructive feedback from you. I`ll try to get rich later:love

Wow! Now that's what I call a truly professional attitude. You're gonna have a loyal following with that approach, me included.:thumbsup

I take my hat off to you for this kind of attitude. :thumbsup
I'm also on the first run list so I'm not complaining either!:lol

Can't wait. :love
Mark.

Lord, I'm loving this project, Lasse. Keep those pics coming! :D
Cheers,
Martyn

Yes, it is all part of the X1 assembly line kit - if the price don`t kill you the job of putting it together will!

I was teasing. Two and a half kits... :)

Edit...reread your post...you got it just fine, sorry, perils of speed-posting. :)

Actually, i think it is a good idea - buy lots and build the assembly line!!!:love

Unfortunately, I will only be able to bring one resin copy to Wonderfest. It is reserved as a gift to one of my hosts there. I would love to be able to sell them there, but time does not work in my favour on this one...

I hate when people say what is a good price and what is not. A good price is what the maker decides to price it at. Modelshopman, you have outdone yourself on this one. I hope we can see it at W'fest.

HI ,

How is this coming on?
When can we expect some big beautiful boxes to arrive on our doorsteps?
Only kidding I know this is a big project, I'm just getting excited!!!:love

Jeez-o-pete! I saw this kit in person at Wonderfest... I thought it was injection molded! The panel lines are incredibly clean and sharp. Seriously, it is worthy of Vader himself! I've seen the props on tour, and this would look perfect alongside the ILM originals.

Now if only he'll make a Y-wing in that same scale that I asked about :love
