I am hearing that same sentiment about this X-1 from many collectors!!!

i went out of my way to do this right and it cost me a fortune to find the right materials and do the molds right :lol

Dude, the kit makes that very, very, very, very obvious. This is the closest to shake-the-box modelling I've ever seen from a GK, and much better than a lot of IP kits. Perfectionism drips from every part.

I would actually suggest maybe dialling it down a couple of notches next time. We don't want you working yourself into an early grave.

I am mentally exthausted after this run of the X1. The feedback i have got so far makes it all worth it tough :love

Glad to hear it's worthwhile. I'd be amazed if you weren't feeling exhausted.
Seriously, opening that box was just one big series of WTF moments.

Remember my friend who pulled out of the interest list? He came over for a beer, and "WTF?!??!" was all he could say for the first half-hour or so. :lol

but what of the other kits that were shown at wonderfest (KY) this past show. i know you only made the masters and someone else is popping those -- i may have been asleep, but did those ever get produced or what?
