Vader ANH Lightsaber Grips Question

Does anyone here make the Vader ANH grips with the cut-away portion like Master Replicas so it sits flush over the end-cap of the MPP? Mine don't stick very well on the aluminum screw-cap on the Parks version and I thought maybe there was a way to make them look and stick better. Thanks.

If you've got a real MPP it shouldn't need the notches.
