It's definitely what it looks like to me..

That is what they looked like to me. Outside of those a smaller version of the skyfighter was relaesed by MMM and SMT made a Studio scale Skyfighter shortly before the company disapeared. The SC was very nice. But like $600

Yeah, those are nice looking models! Good detailing but pretty inaccurate though. The shape is off quite a bit. I like the opening door feature. I don't know what scale those are, but they're definitely not the DMT Productions ones! Nice find, thanks for posting that info!
