Premium Member Subscirption

Name changes are now a Premium Member feature. You have to become a premium member (minimum is one month) and then request in the name change thread (located in the Premium Member forum).

Hi guys, we'd like to know how to change our username. We cannot find out how to do it but we were told that, with the premium membership, we are alowed change it.

Once you have a Premium Membership you can access the stuck Premium Member User Name Change Request thread located in the Premium Membership Support sub-forum of the Premium Members Forums. Please post your request there and it will be taken care of.

changing user name?

Hello there!

I've used the RPF for research on many costumes, but have yet to "give back" to the community. I'd like to become more active by posting some costume development threads. But, before I do, I'd like to change my user name.

For various reasons, the user name "SithariRog" no longer has any meaning.

Is it possible to change my user name from "SithariRog" to "EeanL"?

Username changes are part of the Premium Member Subscription which helps to pay for maintaining the RPF.

Back when i joined, you used to have to use part of your real name in your username.

has that restriction been lifted?

maybe time for a name change, something more appropriate for usual forum use ;o)

Really? I don't remember that when I joined. I know a lot of folks decided to change they're username to their real name shortly after Art made a post about changing his.

I remember that only because i found it kind of odd at the time. no other forum visited had that stipulation, so it stood out in my memory.

however, seeing some of the user names around here now, that would seem to no longer be the case
I usually don't use my name as a username on these things, so ihope i'm remembering it right ;o)

The RPF has never had that as a requirement to create an account.
