Starting to research the major elements of this costume and it looks like I can fabricate just about all the necessary parts with the exception of his boots. Can anyone point me to the Manufacturer of these boots? They appear to just be commercial boots? Thx!

Here's another image show8ng the boots ... I've done some searching and companies like 5-11 tactical has ones that are close but no exact match yet ...

While I continue to try and research his boots and pistol I've started on his katana and sheath ...

Making the pattern for the sheath which I'll then cut out of leather and assemble with Chicago screws, D rings and belt buckle ...

Since this movie is not exactly like a Star Wars universe I suspect it may be impossible to determine the exact boots or pistol. Therefore I've found a laser pistol that is a little similar which I can also copy the basic paint scheme from the movie prop. Therefore, once the sword holster is done I'll make the leather holster and belt which I can make an exact copy of. Since this is way more visible than the pistol it should suffice, at least until a miracle happens and I were to find the exact model. Of course if I had any 3D modeling* skills I could just make my own but ....

Finished the pants belt buckle ... got a plain silver round western buckle then cut out some leather pieces and painted them yellow gold , just waiting on some 1.5" leather strap to finish the belt. Also managed to find an exact match for his gloves and I found my original AF ID tags so I don't have to have any made up ...

Boots: Oakley men's Coyote boots in desert color. https://www.oakley.com/en-us/product/FOF100298?variant=
Yeah I remember seeing these as well and they appear to be darn close but I'm not 100% sure yet they are the actual boots used. I see what appear to be some small differences but that could just be an illusion. I need to do a detailed side by side comparison before I spend a $150 ... lol. I'll drop them into PS where I can look at them in detail side by side.

Appreciate the link!!

ok, I've done a side-by-side comparison it it sure looks to me like these are an exact match ... however, to avoid confirmation bias I'll open it up to those of you who have no stake in this ... what say the collective brain trust?

Turns out, Oakley also has the Light Assault 2 Boot--and if there's a difference between them and the Coyote Boot (which was the Light Assault Boot), I can't tell what it is. (I suspect that they changed the name to Coyote when the Assault 2 came out.)
It looks like the Coyote Boot has a synthetic suede upper and the Light Assault 2 is leather.
