USCM Font?

Hey folks, I'm hoping somebody can help me out here.
A while back someone posted a USCM font here on the boards (Made by a member), but since then I've gone through a reformat on my home computer and lost it. Does anybody here know where I can pick it up again?

I would be eternally grateful to anybody who can help me out here.
