This took me a total of 5 months to build, with the help of the GBFans community , out of plywood, pvc, and resin and metal parts. This prop was my first prop of this size and complexity. And I am still new to prop building and I learned as I went, taking my time to get it right, Heck I even had to rebuild the gearbox 5 different times. Now that I finally have finished one... it's time to start on the game pack. and finish some smaller props as I go along ( to soon follow ) Thanks for looking !

Someday, I will have to offer a thing like that for my collection.....really nice piece and great work for a beginner :eek

I'd say about 25-30 pounds, plywood tends to be on the heavier side, in retrospect I should have gone with MDF to lighten it up a bit , and cause less hassle ( plywood tends to flake at the edges )

Great job :thumbsup

I've always wanted to build one of those. If you don't mind me asking, what was cost to put it all together?

Wow man! Excellent job! It looks fantastic put together with the flight suit and all

If you take a shell then its more than 400... And its also depending on real parts. I fyou take real parts (valves, knobs) the costs will go higher...
