Does any have pictures of Drake's fake press pass? I wanted to make a paper prop of it and post it here.

I don't have any "good" ones... but hopefully, these will work.
Interestingly, we can see in these shots, the true color of the journal.
(I KNOW I have seen the photo somewhere before.. I want to say it's from MP skin selection but I can't find it in my files for the life of me.)

Wait a minute. The page that says "cool statue" doesn't exist in the game journal. ??
Where did that page come from?

I just took screenshots of every page. The pictures in the guide are all different. Maybe from an earlier version of the game. Here are the pages from the actual game. I wonder how many other pictures in the guide are different. :confused

Started on mine.. deciding on exactly how I want to do it. I can already tell that this will be my beta version and I'm going to do a second that I can be proud of.
The first page, I scaled too small. (lesson learned)
The map page however, I'm pretty happy with.
I overjudged the scaling by a hair on the Lawrence photos. I may leave them at the curent size but I might go back and fix it for V2
The weathered page fragment with the "star" from the Syria pages was a quick and easy job done to show my nephew how it was done.
The "Golden Dawn" pages are getting there. again, I may have made the pictures (on the left) too large but the Elizabeth is WAY too small. I just printed it at 4X6 to have a cheap placeholder for now.
I'm 95% happy with the Tarot cards I printed up too. like the other things, I went a little too big but not VERY noticeably so. (at least to my eyes)

I went the expensive route and bought the same-sized moleskine graph paper notebook. I cut the binding for one section, removed 3 "pages" and re-bound them together with a little thread.
I trimmed the sides as they were slightly too large, then, I glued the outermost pages into the sketchbook. I also glued one set of pages together to keep the thing accurate.
One could probably fold sheets of regular graph paper in two, do a quick bind on them and glue 'em in but like I said.. I went the expensive route.
The update you just posted looks amazing BTW. Awesome job. :thumbsup

New to the forum but following this thread for a while as i was interested in creating my own journal.
I see that no one has recreated the maritimo museo logo - so i thought i would post the one i made. Not brilliant but once you scale it down its a close match.

that looks sweet.
I've been playing with the page Darth Saber made. I blew it up, re-did the pictures, and was re-working a version of that symbol but if you don't mind, I'm going to incorporate that into mine.

yeah, I did some research and found the same info.. it also said they're public domain so I scaled them to print on 4X6 photo kiosks and printed mine that way (then trimmed the excess)

we may NOT need to. I'm gonna fire up the game really quick and check. I'm inclined though to think it isn't there.
