Greetings,

Long time lurker, first time posting my own thread.

I have always had this costume on my want list. I wanted a new costume to take with me to Dragon Con 2014, so I went through my want list which is mostly Star Wars costumes(I am a 501st Legion/Rebel Legion member), and my eyes drew to the Centurion right away. And on the plus side, I already had 3 of the components in my possession from a poor attempt a few years ago at putting together a Cobra Firefly costume for Gen Con.

Anyways, here's what I have so far, either already had on hand, or recently acquired.

Black bdu's in place of the screen worn spandex undersuit.
Hatch Centurion KP250 Knee Pads
Hatch Centurion EP300 Elbow Pads
Black nylon web belt
Drop leg pistol holster
Condor M4 Drop leg ammo pouch(awaiting arrival)
2 Crossed swords and shield patches
Black military-spec jungle boots
Wellfire M5A7H Tacspec Airsoft Rifle w/ mock suppressor
M1911A Airsoft Pistol
Black motorcycle helmet with smoked visor
Hatch Dominator RG800 Riot Gloves(awaiting arrival)

I still need to order the Hatch CPX2500 Body armor. I will be ordering it within the next few weeks. I do not have any photos at the moment. Plan on getting everything I have so far set up on my costume mannequin this weekend and taking some photos, as a few of my costuming friends have been begging me to post photos of my progress on this costume.

Small update!

I received my M5A7H airsoft rifle yesterday. Order the Hatch Dominator gloves Wednesday evening. Waiting for notice that they have been shipped.
The Condor M4 drop leg ammo pouch was on backorder, but I got an email the other day saying it has finally been shipped out to me. Although it was
a pain to do, I manage to change out the clear visor for the smoked one on the motorcycle helmet.

Still no photos to post. I was going to dress up the mannequin this past weekend, but had some "real life" things I had to do instead. Plan is to dress up the mannequin this weekend and take photos. I will try and get them posted here by sometime Sunday night.

Hello again!! I finally got the mannequin dressed and took some photos so those interested can see my progress.
I have everything for this but the gloves(they're on the way), and the CPX2500 Body Armor(still need to order it).

I had to pin up quite a bit on the back of the mannequin as I am shorter and bigger around than it is. LOL


Military Spec Jungle Boots
Before anyone says anything, yes, I noticed to late
that they are on the wrong feet. This mannequin is hard to dress by yourself.

Tested the size of the mag pockets out and this will be great for carrying my phone, keys,
and other essentials while attending Cons.

Motorcycle Helmet
Closest helmet I could find to the screen used one. Came with clear and smoked visors.


Umbrella Corp. Shoulder Patch
There is one pinned to each shoulder. They will be sewn to the shoulders of the body armor once I have it.


This is just an upper torso shot with my M5A7H strapped across the chest.

Drop Leg Pistol Holster: I don't have a source for this as I already had my holster from another costume. I believe pretty much any black drop leg holster will work. The screen used holster appears to be a Blackhawk! Omega VI Tactical Drop Down/Leg pistol holster.

M5A7H TacSpec Airsoft Rifle w/ Mock Suppressor and Flashlight: WellFire M5A7H TacSpec Airsoft Rifle w Mock Suppressor and Flashlight
I chose this airsoft rifle cause I really liked the look of it with the suppressor. Other airsoft guns that can be used for this costume
are: MP5, SIG 550/552, Micro Galil, G36C, SOCOM 16 M1A, UMP-9, Barett M82A1.

Since I already had the M1911 pistol, I just used it. Other pistols that can be used: Baretta 92FS, USP .45, Glock 18, etc..

There you have it. My Umbrella Centurion in its' current state of progress. Hope to be ordering the body armor soon so I can finish this costume, and move on with another build I have going over on the Rebel Legion forums.

I now have everything I need for this costume. Well, technically everything. I had to order another pair of the RG800 Dominator Gloves.
Ordered a size small the first time, as I have fairly small hands. The way the gloves are made, the smalls were way to tight, and I couldn't
get them all the way on my hands. So, called my source back, and they were able to find me a pair of mediums. Just waiting for them to arrive.

Finally received the medium sized gloves I ordered. This costume is now complete. I just need to remove everything from the mannequin,
get it all suited up on me, and have some photos taken. Look for another update soon.
