Ultron's head (WIP)

Hi everybody !!

I wanted to show you something I'm working on : a custom Ultron's head

I always wanted a Ultron helmet but with my own design ^^ So I sculpted it

I started with the face plate :




The face with her mold :



Second cast I made in fiberglass (the first was in urethane to sculpt the back part) :



and then , sculpting the back plate with the first urethane casting of the face :



Back plate sculpt finished :




The ears were sculpt and cast in urethane , same for the back part and I come with this :



Then , sanding , cutting , assembling .... :












And that's all actualy ^^

Absolutely love that design! Is it an existing design from the comics or is it original? Either way, great work.

Today it's finishing work and start of painting
