Ultron - The Age of Ultron - Build (Pic Heavy)

So....me and my brother decided in making a Ultron armor for the movie premiere but there wasn't that much reference back then. So we decided to make the armor for Comic Con Experience here in Brazil, and here is the process.
The Armor is made out of foam of various densities and the helmet is 3D printed.and hand detailed using a dremel Versatip.
Hang on because it will be a loooooooot of pics xD

Then i took the helmet to zbrush for detailing and then
