Ok Guys here are the Final Details
I mentioned at the very begining of this Thread that Our first day at the event was going to be an early start.
Memorabilia is Public Con therefore it is imperitive that we are set up ready to go before the doors are opened, which is fully understandable really.
I know there will be exceptional circumstances but we all need to be onsite 7.30 Saturday morning ready to unpack and set up, we literally have 1 hour to do this before the doors open at 9am, this is not just us this applies to all dealers on the day.
On Saturday Morning we will be meeting at a central point
The Arden Hotel
Coventry Road,
Bickenhill, Solihull, West Midlands
B92 0EH.
This is also the venue to the Saturday night social.
Every one needs to be here by 7.00am Saturday Morning so that we can head off together to the main hall, this is a Group event so my hope is we will all muck in together and help each other out to get set up as quickly as possible.
Once unloaded at the rear entrance to hall 9 you must then park in the main public car parking areas which i think is £5 for the day.
I will give out your passes at the Hotel.
the distance from the Hotel to the main hall is about a 10 minute drive but it will be very busy with other dealers all doing the same as us. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be on time, it's going to be a very busy.
so to summarise please be at the Arden Hotel 7AM Saturday 19th

I have been given Friday Access passes so that i can get in during the afternoon and do the majority of the set up tables barriers etc etc
i have had a couple of members volunteer to come and help me.
If you are displaying the whole weekend and have booked into a hotel Friday we can use the passes that are valid for friday only to set up too, this will take place from 2.00pm Friday afternoon
Again as above we will meet at the Arden Hotel car park at 1.00 pm Friday, leave at 1.30pm and all head off together to do a set up.
Some of you are Coming By Train and not arriving until Saturday in order to gain access to the Hall you will need an entry Pass and somehow i have to get this to you, your not expected to meet us at the Hotel Meet Point so here is my Mobile Phone number 07528 651 222

Im sorry if this post seems blunt but its a big day for us all and we need to make sure everything goes well, we are going to have a great weekend guys and i'm really looking forward to meeting you all.
