TWOK Khans necklace. Finished.

I finished this Khan necklace today. Well mostly finished. I still need to figue out a suede attachment but i am not going to rush that and look for 1 for a while. I may just cut them flush with the connectors and glue them to the connectors. The back half is just my own design as there are no pics of the screenused piece behind the coils. I used a cap, some vintage resistors and connectors . I'm not sure if i am going to weather the badge or just let time do the work for me. Other wise i'm happy with it. Whachyall think.

Here is a pic of me wearing it just to show size. Hard to get it to sit right but i figured i'd spare you the hairy chest.

Thanks guys. No, no busts right now. Just a basic stand and hopefully a plaque ala "The Experience" display. Hopefully someone will make a run of those when Russ makes his buckles.

Thanks for the comments guys. I finally fully finished this necklace. I ended up using that heatshrink with the hot glue lining to hold the suede to the "clasp". I wanted to make sure the suede couldn't be pulled out accidentally. For the necklace i build for Russ's badge i have revised the size and color of the coil wires to something even closer to the screenseen but i need to get more tube sockets for that. Here are the pics.

Here is the new coil setup. I used thinner wire because i thought the gap was too big on the thicker stuff. I think this color is closer too.

The screen used Khan necklace is at NASA in Florida for those interested. Also the shoulder belt.
