It sure looks is a great likeness
I've been re-watching this series on MeTV and have been paying closer attentuion than I had previously to the props and models etc...
Not a big deal, but one thing I notice is Dr Theopolis in the show actually appears to be a greenish color. I always thought he was silver, but in many shots I see a greenish metallic color. I don't know if he changed color at some point.
God knows they were fairly loose with continuity. Half the time the ships seen flying in some scenes switch back and forth between hatchet fighters and scorpion fighters or even thunderfighters. Like one minute a guy is in the cockpit of a scorpion fighter, then they flash to the ship getting shot and it;s a hatchet fighter.

Wow ya that looks really good.
Especially the details around his mouth. I NEVER noticed those before I got the Blu-Ray box set of the series.
Proportions are fantastic as well. I thought I saw a photo of a twiki action figure once offered and it looked
ridiculous compared to yours.

There is also a distinctive piece on the neck, kind of where a tie or bow tie would be. I always notice it when watching now that I see it in HD. I assume it is used to keep the costume together
The only reason mentioning it is since you said it was a prototype and you were going to makes some changes

Very nice. Could never find the action figure when I was a kid. That is a really good build.
