I am no font expert so I really have no alternative to offer but the S is off.
Actually I've been working on this all night. Multiple letters are off. I found about 4 different fonts that match, so I'm mixing and matching, and in some cases manipulating individual letters. Wish I knew the exact font they used.

Can't help with the font but, if you convert the text to paths (well thats what its called in inkscape), you can tweek the letters before generating the gcode
Worked on the fonts a bit more. How does this look?
Fixed the problem with the ball slipping with some heavy rubber cups mounted in the chuck and tail stock.

Couple cuts
There are small differences in letter thickness, the curvature of the ball exaggerates it though
I've already fixed the space between Sarah and Donalds name. I think the R's and A's could use some slimming down as well
