Trying to identify a font

I wanted to take a stab at making the FBI wanted poster from Blade Trinity, but I need to identify the font used. If enyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

Here's a couple of screen caps that I've cleaned up a bit.

Looks like the top text is Rockwell Extra Bold Regular:

I know you already have an answer, but a good place to check is http://new.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ they can examine the Images the determine what font it should be.
