I have the 4 pieces helmet and I am done with just about the rest of the costume. I am not quite sure what the best way is to piece this together (glue or fiberglass or both) and then how to fill in the seams, like if bondo is the best route.

Any pictures of this thing? Would definitely make it easier to help you, imo.

Well, I haven't really assembled a FX kit, so I'm not sure how I can help... hopefully someone with more assembling experience can chime in.

Good luck.

Not sure about the details on the screen accurate helmetsÂ… but IÂ’ve but together several of the FX style helmets using nothing more than rivets and alittle CA glue.

Hey in new with this trooper business and have just started to put together an FX suit. I have no previous experience and have a four piece helmet too and all i can say is you need about five hands.

I think you only need to use abs glue and or resin to stick this together and rivets and screws.

I think there are a lot of gaps on the originals so a tight fit may not be neccesary. Hopefully a trooper expert will chime in and tell us how to do it properly
