My first ARG, and it was a total blast!
The blinking light on the pager was Morse code for "electrify" - which leads you to a new page at Flynn Lives and a list of free screenings this Monday... unfortunately, tho, Knoxville's not on the list, so we're SOL...I entered the code you just gave me and got the badge but I don't see anything about an advanced screening or whatever. :confused
Was that (advanced screening thing) only for the 16 people earlier today, and now we can only get a badge from this? Or am I missing something?

I had passes for the Tron night thing, but it turned out to be the same night as the Rifftrax live Halloween show out of Nashville, which I'd already bought tiickets for - you can guess which one won...Odd that we had the 30 minute teaser (IN 3D!) But almost NO ONE SHOWED UP for that.
Maybe they felt K-town wasn't worthy?
Oh well, I would rather see it in 3D the first time after what I SAW at Tron night. It just works for this movie.
So we just show up and form a line? No tickets required?

So there is one in ATL. 3 hours away. It says free to all FLYNNLIVES members...
Does that mean you have to have your badge?
And isn't half the reason movie makers are using 3D soo much is to deter bootlegging?
Why would they show a free screening almost a week early in 2D? That is just dumb.
So, now begs the question: Do I go to the free screening, which may be the regular 2-D or should I wait for it to come out in theaters and go for the 3-D one?
Since the showing is sponsored by Real3D (and Asus) I'm pretty sure it'll be in 3D, but not an IMAX presentation.
Did anyone go to the Flynn Lives screening today? Apparently, they were passing out the "Flynn Lives" pin! How cool is that?!
I did. And yes, they passed out not only "Flynn Lives" pins, they passed out "Tron Legacy" posters. After I got my pin, I instantly put it on along with my other "badges of honor" on my jacket.![]()
Now, that is cool! Which location did you go to? Which Tron Legacy poster did they hand out (the one with Sam and Quorra?) or was it a special event specific poster?
So, is Rinzler.....Tron? Wait....don't tell me!!!!
