Tron Boots (Need ID)

Can someone identify these boots, if possible.

Those upside down "L" pieces are interesting. I wonder if they were part of the boot when they bought them or if it was added on later.

Those are Sarks boots right?

I would think that the whole leg "wrap" was a made for production kinda thing. Maybe the bottom part and soles were found? I have never heard any word on them.

Interested to see if anyone has anymore info.
