Trek Xi First Prop, License Plate, who's gonna make it?

Thought it would be a cool prop to have, maybe easy to make, Solid metal plate with with color boxes and lettering. I know i'd be interested in one, so now, who's gonna take on the job

The rear plate has a pic of the owner on it, who I believe is Kirk's uncle.

The "Uncle Frank" listed on IMDB is this guy:

Interesting, so in the future your DL pic is on your cars tail like a hack license, so the cops can immediately arrest anyone who borrows your car?

Sounds like a good idea to me. That shot's not very good though. Hard to distinguish details. It also looks like theres something next to the IOWA piece on the other plate.
