The base is a MACK truck bulldog hood ornament. You can get em on Ebay etc.

good job, but as mentioned above, the head does look a little too large.. The original is smaller and the face is flatter

i think its the camra angle thats making the head look bigger....if anyone has better refence shots please send them to me, im working off that blured one
