Great looking belt! You made it look easy to make. I know you said the wider belt is 2.5". What size is the inner belt?
As an aside, is it Ok for shorter people to go with a belt that is only 1.5" or 2"?
Saberbelt has some very cool buckles. There's one I really like but it's not available in the finish I wanted.

I mentioned in the first paragraph of the initial post that the main wide belt is 2.5" and narrower top belt is 0.5". I suppose a shorter person could scale the dimensions down but I would suggest making sure the relative proportions of everything would need to be maintained to still capture the right look of these belts.

Thanks! For the button studs, I used these: Lonsdale Leather - BUTTON STUD / 8 MM / NICKEL. Don't ask me what part of these is supposedly 8 mm as it certainly isn't the shaft diameter as their website says. I just went in to the store and picked out the ones that looked correct.
