This is actually a difficult suit to make ...it has extremly many angles and corners....but i love it hehe

Make a silicon cast and make the helmet in clear resin , then paint it and smoke the glass

i think it maybe the best coating ever ... but there is some issue about it .

first it is realy expensive , and they only sell it in usa , and i think it is really poison , i got one drop outside my latexglowes , and some days later i got this red irritating skin , but thats my fault

But the result is amazing , it is flexible , durable and easy to paint , just amazing result and will never crack so .... would love to know what it is made of ( it is 2 components )

THANK YOU!!! seriously thank you for doing this, this is incredible attention to detail. I LOVED the Police drones in the new Total Recall (those guys were the coolest part of the movie) and just Knew itd be sweet to see someone try and make a costume for em. You sir have done that... almost. Look forward to your progress.
