My husband came up with this, the top shirt is a UA shirt from ebay, and the undershirt is a grey compression shirt, not perfect but close. And he made a new Arc reactor too!

That's really very close, annet! I'm going to wait and see what IMIM2 comes out with as his final product, but that's a definite alternative. Can you give us more details on the name/model no. of the shirt?

Clearly not the same shirt, but having bought the Under Armour Cap and Supes shirts, I REALLY wanted an Iron Man true compression shirt that can put up with regular gym use, and I didn't like the cheesy IM shirt that UA offered. So I took some inspiration from the IM3 compression shirt and custom ordered my own long sleeve version, see below.

I found the shirt it is a Falke Dayton running shirt. He is actually wearing the womens version, the mens has a slight different pattern on the sides.. but unfortunately it is only available in Europe!! Amazon UK has them but only in a womens medium... if you want to see pics, just let me know and I'll attach some. Anyone in Russia or Germany?

I've already ordered a replica from IMIM2 that should be here next week. And Falke doesnt appear to offer the men's version of that shirt on their website.

Oh well, too late! Maybe someone else will be able to get the shirt for their own costume. Great find, annet52!

Great findings!!!! Thank you, that explain some of the pieces I've been missing.

I notice that the front white lines are shorter than the movie version.
Also there are two lines on the hips.

I agree that RDJ probably wear the women's shirt, because the waist line and the shirt length.
Probably explain why the white line are short

I have a feeling it would be ill-fitting, since it's costume wear, those are usually built to fit as many body types as possible, so it's likely it would look loose and odd. Never know though, maybe someone will buy one from ebay and prove me wrong.

I was never able to find the authentic FALKE men's shirt for sale anywhere online. The women's shirt yeah, but not the male version. I have a feeling that the woman's shirt would fit oddly as well, since it's designed for a bust and smaller arms and waist. But if someone in germany was able to get a hold of the shirts, i would definitely be up for one.
