Tommin pulse rifle build

Was hoping to find old info on a pulse rifle builder Tommin. Years ago he had a website where he built a pulse rifle and made a slide system from wood to fit inside the grenade launcher that allowed it to rackk back and forth. Any help apreciated. Thanks
