This has sort of been brewing as “busy work” while stuff happens in my life. I took a stab at sculpting a master of the mystery DV6 control box.
I had, at some point, found a 5CW Royal Air Force Toggle Switch with the exact same wire access design. The holes were a little larger and further apart but all the same.
Since this was a bust, I chopped it up in an attempt to make it into a close approximation of our box, and ended up getting out the styrene and JB weld to finish the sculpt. And the Bakelite DID crack but I bonded it back together and it sanded really nicely
Now over got one more JB Weld patch to shape, and I’ll hit it with more BBQ Black!
