I'm a brand new member myself, but I totally support your choice to craft a female predator.
I think that the process of creating the skin for the female pred would be a bit more of a challenge.
You will have more shapes involved in the build than the flat male torso. I don't mean to discourage you, but something to consider.
Also, if you are worried about height, some of the huntorials have tips on gaining a few inches. Here is a picture from topknot's feet tutorial http://www.thehunter...tart-to-finish/. Admittedly, he does go a little bit further into the foot creation process than beginners like us are likely to attempt...
I saw another tip where they recommended us to glue/bolt a few dollar store flip flops to the bottom of a pair of shoes for a lift.
