Bellow the Mark II version made of metall. The helmet is hard to photograph and the photos does not do the helmet justice for its metall shine. It does have a nice shine to it but darn hard to capture on the cameral. The best photo of its true look is the bottom photo were we got a good look of the shine. This is 2-3x as heavy as the normal glassfiber helmet.

Thank you all for nice feedback :) We are satisfied how its turns out especially the Mark II version. We are just about to have the mk2 armor finished. :)
 
Shiny! Metal's great, you don't need to paint it to look like metal.

Would it be possible to say what it's actually made out of? An investment/lost wax casting process?
 
That really looks nice.

Metal? Was it foundry cast aluminum, or aluminum added to urethane?

Is it wearable?
 
YEAH!:love the whole armor? Thats awesome!!......its not from metal too right?:confused
Or you guys planning to make another strapping system? Or a fully functional one?:D
 
Oh wow! That is absolutely stunning. I have always liked the Mark 2 armor. Now I just need to start hiding money away to start a Iron Man suit.
