whats the ideal head size for the smaller shell, thinking of picking it up for my rorschach build.

MAXR30 - I don't have a specific civil way shell at this time, only the ones shown in this thread. Send me a message with your location and I can get you a total with shipping.
blacksuitedspid - I've seen various sizes use the shells, smaller heads may need a bit extra padding for fit, but my head is 23.5 around and they were all (except the smaller shell) sculpted off my bust. I know of a few 24.5" spideys that use them with no issues

No, you add your own eye/mouth holes and yes you can buy a shell and a set of frames/lenses at the same time. As mentioned in my other thread, it's better to chat in pm as opposed to flooding the threads. I have sent you a pm.
