It's hard to say how any of them will fit because it's not just your head size but also the shape. I can make you a custom one but it's going to cost more because it requires making a new master for vacuforming.

This thread is just for shells. You need to be more specific because I have a few options for asm2 depending on your budget, how accurate you want, or if you want fog free lenses. I typically only sell kits. I am doing a limited run of assembled fog free sets though. Best to send me a pm since I also need your location to get shipping costs

It's always hard to predict how any of them will fit someone since it also depends on the shape of your face (size of nose, browline, cheek structure, etc).

I don't print my shells, they are vacuformed - much stronger and lighter than printed shells.

You can paint them red if you want - it's just plastic.

Right now I'm not able to get red ABS from my supplier. I've been looking into it.
