I'm not 100% sure that's his mask, I believe it's just a picture of someone else's results from the kit. the print looks like a S4F design based off the grid outline, but again, I'm not 100% sure

The combo can be foud in this thread below, though I'm not sure what the rules are about posing junkyard links outside of the classified's forum. If a mod wants to remove this post that's alright.
