I feel somewhat blessed to have not have wasted my money seeing some of those films at the movies. I sure hope that next year Cowboys And Aliens is not on that list, a film that I enjoyed...although at this point it is looking like a very real possibility that the Smurf movie will actually beat it for the number one spot.

I don't agree with some of the films being on the list. I enjoyed Hudson Hawk, and even though the prequels are not the greatest in my book, I did still enjoy TPM.

There is also a number of movies that should have been in the top twenty, like...Avatar, The Day After Tommorow, Superman Returns, Tomb Raider, Leonard Part Six, ...etc.

Okay- I think it should be on file that I don't really care for SW much anymore (you guys sick of hearing me say that yet? :lol)...

However even "I" find it ridiculous that TPM is on that list, and in the #2 position. It most certainly isn't in the same class as Hudson Hawk (WTF? :sick) or Batman and Robin (easily the WORST film made!).

No Ishtar? Howard the Duck? Highlander II (theatrical trash version)? Showgirls? :lol

Hmmm...kinda liked Hudson Hawk and didn't mind Wild Wild West.

I also liked Howard the Duck...but that's because I've got a thing for Lea Thompson. :love

I also disagree about Hudson Hawk. I am sure there are far worse movies out there than Hudson Hawk. I generally don't agree with reviews in published sources.

HEY HEY HEY!! I can't sit idly by and let someone talk bad about Leonard Part 6! Let's take this outside good sir!

:lol
Ok seriously though, I hate Tom Cruise with a passion, but Knight and Day was actually a decent flick. But come on.. how did Kingdom of the Crystal Skull NOT make that list?

I remember when I was little Leonard Part 6 came on HBO and I kept asking my parents to find the other 5 for me to watch........lol...

I actually remember when the Destroyer Droids rolled out in TPM, I turned to my wife and said "oh my god, I feel like I'm watching Batman and Robin."

So there you go...

Was "Stealth" a blockbuster? I don't know anyone who actually saw it...

Oh, and Van Helsing deserves three spots of its own.

I own Stealth on dvd (5$ bin). I watch it every once in a while. Popcorn fluff. Some cool flying effects. Some eyerolling stuff. Not Batman and Robin bad. :)

I love that Michael Bay is on there three times. I don't remember some of these being blockbusters though.

Avatar should've been #1!

The Phantom Menace shouldn't be on the list... nor should Hudson Hawk.

Where's the last two Matrix movies? The Haunting was a blockbuster?!? I'm sure a lot of folks might think 2012 or Spidey 3 should be on there (I didn't mind them).

A blockbuster is a movie where people queue around the city block while waiting for the film to open.

Apart from the Phantom Menace, none of those films qualify.

18. Hudson Hawk

OMG, all this time later and the mainstream media is still hating on Hudson Hawk. When will the Blade Runner-style turnaround come? As with BR, sooner or later they'll stop blindly following Halliwell. Tips: just because it stars Bruce doesn't mean it has to take itself seriously. It was a great big p***-take from beginning to end.

Sad how many people are still irony-deficient - nice to see people here have a better handle on it though.

Also, they left out Attack of the Clones. Who can take them seriously? :lol

It most certainly isn't in the same class as Hudson Hawk (WTF? :sick) or Batman and Robin

Agreed, both Hudson Hawk and Batman and Robin are considerably better films than TPM. :p

Oh, and Van Helsing deserves three spots of its own.

QFMFT!

The only problem with the Phantom Menace being the list is that Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith should be there as well -

Another vote for Knight and Day - Tom Cruise is funny in that movie because he's making fun of his on screen persona. Where's Superman Returns and Tarzan - the one with Bo Derek in it and ANY movie where they try to convince people Barbra Streisand is attractive.
