"Thunderbirds" (2004) Jumpsuits?

My son was asking me about one of these for Halloween, and I'm positive they're some kind of racing suit- those "T" shaped things on the shoulders give it away. Anyone have any idea what company might have made them? I'm googling now, but no luck so far.

It looks to me like they're basically customized race car driver uniforms. And my son wants one too!
