Thundarr the Barbarian Sun Sword with light and sound

Hi guys,
this is my latest creation. A cross-over between 2 hobbies: star wars and 80ies toys and cartoons.
I decided to use my know how in lightsaberbuilding to build a replica of Thundarr The Barbarians' Sun Sword as seen in the Hanna Barberra Cartoon series back in the 80ies.

Specs:
- Custom aluminium machined and powdercoated hilt
- Plecter labs Nano Biscotte sound board
- 9W RGB main LED wired for blue with cyan flash on clash
- 18650 li-ion 3.7v battery with in hilt recharge port (2.1mm)
- Custom made acrylic and polycarbon blade (1 inch diameter)
- Custom made sound font with samples from the original show
