I'm curious about the chat logs you mentioned. The only thing i could find was the send a single message button. Is that what you are referring to? I'm curious as I'd like to try that before I go the route of going to my bank with a chargeback. I had even thought if the return was handled promptly I might feel inclined to give them another shot.
