Well, my affinity for the blade runner blaster is well documented. While it's a favorite, I'm not sure it's the biggest or meanest on the block, so here are a top three from me that do not include the BR blaster.

#3 is: Blade2. pic from long mountain!

I love that design, I think it's very mean looking. :angel

#2 is: The Mateba!

Used in Ghost in the Shell and Serenity.

#1 is: The GONG from appleseed!

It should be noted that I think all the guns in Appleseed are big and mean looking! But this is a favorite.
