I'm confused...in DOFP if he goes back into his younger body, how would he have the adamantium skeleton? Isn't this supposed to take place in the 70's? I thought it was the mid 80's in Origin when he was experimented on.

The suit he's wearing above isn't the "back in the days" Wolverine, it's the future Wolverine....Back in the days photos haven't come out as clear, but it's obvious from the trailer he has the bone claws for those scenes...

The Adamantium is bonded back on by Magneto in the future....After he returned from Japan presumably...

Is Origins considered canon? I'm hearing a lot of complaints about it disrupting canon (I know First Class does)

It is still canon.....Just, not great as a movie.....The changes they've made since then have opened the "mistakes" out a lot more as well, so it'll age worse, but it's still "officially" ok.....Just, not something they'll wave in people's faces as much..

I liked the jacket, and some of it was decent, but meh...Nowhere near The Wolverine......Sadly..

Ahh I see. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I wasn't sure if I should listen to people because I really don't see what was actually bad about the movie. It wasn't super great...but it wasn't as terrible as people said it was. At least imo

Mostly agreed....It's not stunning, but it's not as bad as it's made out to be....I rather liked it, even with all the jumps in story continuity..I can overlook those to a degree...It's just a movie...

I still like the intro a lot...It was cool to see the flashback wars fought by them both....But, the "inta-webz has decided" and officially it "sucks"....Heh...Meh...I don't hate it.

Given the choice, I'll watch The Wolverine, but yeah, I agree with you..
