Any word from TheRocketeer for finishing services on these. I haven't heard anything If he received the helmet (s) or how long to expect for the finishing

He has received all orders shipped to him and they are currently in queue behind the other orders he has ahead of these wolverines. As for an exact timeline, I can't answer that as I am not involved in the finishing. Rest assured he will be in contact with you to arrange for payment, etc.

In my humble opinion, That is the right Finish, if possible I would like it finished to the real one which inspired the movie finish.

The following one:



so a much more orange/brownish yellow in the middle and not black but really dark brown for the ears and face mask to match the side colour of the gloves.

That's fine if people want to discuss the colours they use on their helmets, I was just saying that he's handling the finishing work separately so anything pertaining to it should be directed to him through pm.

Got mine a week ago and it's AWESOME! Anyone even slightly considering this should jump on it while they have the chance. The quality is amazing, even my gf (who didn't really approve of the purchase) agreed it was top notch.

if I did I'd have to get a thicker rubber. Out of curiosity I did attempt one using the same 40 shots I use on other cowls but it's not strong enough to keep the ears upright. Keep in mind that painting urethane rubber is also a pain
