Where are you streaming it from? I log in to my Xfinity and watch it there but the resolution stinks, it constantly stops to buffer and there a billion commercials. Obviously, some of that is my Internet speed but I've noticed AMC shows are the worst.

The websites I stream from have really low resolution video too. The servers are ****ty too, and there are frequent pauses for buffering. I often pause for about a half hour to let it buffer.

The average for an hour long drama is 42 minutes of episode, so that's not far off the mark at all! It just seems like a lot when you're watching it sometimes. I think it's late night TV shows that have the highest ratio of commercials, something like 46% of it is commercials or something.

It only makes sense if you expect the possibility of walkers inside the jail,something they clearly didn't expect. Besides, if the jail is a modern one, which it appears to be, the cells would lock electronically via a guard station which means, no power no locks. Even if they had power to run the locks or if they didn't run on electricity it would still require someone to man the locks at all times and if that person died in the middle of the night then everybody would be locked in with no way out.
The one thing that tonight's episode reaffirmed for me is the need to replace their fences with a good wall. I'd start with making it walker proof then improving it over time to where it can withstand at least a light delivery truck (think UPS/FedEx) running into it. With a good wall in place they wouldn't have to worry about walkers piling up against it or another Governor style attack.

Their numbers have dwindled so much that making a fence like that would take forever. Nicotero said they started the season with 40some people and they killed off 14 or 15 just tonight.
If I was in that situation and had the means, I would place boards about 5 feet tall along both sides of the fence and then pile dirt between them. Pack in it and make it a raised walkway. It stops the walkers from gaining enough weight to topple the outer fence and places you in a spot to easily dispatch them. Only problem is getting that much dirt and wood. They'd have to continually send out trucks and pack the beds with dirt. Would take a while and probably eat up a lot of gas.

I think if the location looked as overgrown as it should be, it would be much easier to understand why they didn't burn the perimeter. Gotta keep in mind that they don't have the means to fight fire.
Piece of rope or a set of handcuffs would be enough to secure the door.

Good point there, although it would take an awful lot of handcuffs to secure the doors of everybody there; rope is probably the best option, plentiful, easy to use, sturdy, and I'm sure that there's more than one person there who would know how to tie a good knot. Still, there was no reason for them to secure their cells at night until now because until now they never had to worry about walkers inside the prison proper, outside of the unsecured areas at least.
But you would think after all the close calls these people have had, they would secure their doors. After the first episode in the prison, I told my wife, "I can't believe they're not securing their doors." I'd tie mine shut in a half dozen spots. The paranoid survive!!
