Ok, I know at this stage the "Rick's crew" are supposed to be pretty bad-a** but they keep standing around in unsecured locations debating every single thing. Totally unrealistic given the circumstances. Michonne and Merle already know they're based in the prison, so why not take them there, lock them up, and then figure out what the next step is going to be???
I'm glad to see Glen manning up. Maggie needs to tell him the fraking truth about what happened to her in Woodbury. All these stupid plot driven secrets p*** me off because that's not how people act. I'm beginning to feel like I'm watching a daytime soap opera ... Michonne is still worthless and had better start trusting and talking or get eaten. Andrea continues to disappoint. She's supposedly was a civil rights lawyer, but displays the cognitive reasoning of an infatuated schoolgirl. Also, when the Darryl/Merle fight was attacked why was Andrea not one the dozens of people running for her life out of the smoke?? I've got firsthand experience on creating this kind of situation and seen trained military break formation during the confusion, yet Andrea doesn't run, doesn't get bitten & doesn't get shot? Another convenient distortion for the sake of continuing the plot.
Then there's the Woodbury idiots ... I mean "citizens" ... Really?? Really?! They act like they're totally unaware of what's going on beyond the wall. I'm sure after such a traumatic apocolyptic event memory retention on how you survived and almost got eaten would be high. I get that they're scared because of the raid and the biters that broke perimeter, but would people in this situation really think they're better off on their own in a world full of zombies?? Most don't even know how to fight let alone fire a gun.
Finally, Rick's freak out ... Somebody needed to grab him before he grabbed his gun. He was screaming at the wall for crying out loud! How much crazier does he need to act before someone steps up. I just hope those new folks stick around.
In summary, I love the Walking Dead that's why I criticize it so much.
