Still unhappy with Netflix for cancelling 1899.

You may be right, but then Dark was quite similar in pace.
It is a real shame 1899 and in the same vein, The OA were cancelled.

Netflix has made some baffling cancellations, in my opinion. Archive 81 was listed in the top 5 shows for months but they decided not to do a second season. The team behind the show was ready to proceed with season two. I enjoyed Dark and will definitely check out The Signal.

I'll check this one out. I loved Dark, but couldn't get into 1899 for some reason. Archive 81 had a perfect Lovecraftian feel to it. It's a shame no one in charge would give another season a chance.
