The Quibbler Harry Potter Prop -- Help

I know there are a few Harry potter fans on this board, and even more very skilled photo shoppers who may be interested in a paper prop of the "Free Spectrespec" edition of the Quibbler, seen in HP6.

I having very limited photoshopping skills am merely bringing the notion to the board!

Can anyone take a crack at this?

From my understanding, they are a pop-out part of the magazine.

This is true, although I don’t anticipate this paper prop having that pop out capability.

Hey guys, my name is Chris and I've been trolling these forums for quite some time now and this is my first post, but I am pretty sure I have a picture of this prop from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I'll see if I can't dig it out and post it later when I'm home! This would be a great prop so I hope I have the picture!
