That's a really nice looking sculpt so far - Don't know which finish I would go for myself, I think this designs lends itself to both smooth and hammered.

I did a little hammering on the top to see if i like it. I Might have done a little too much what do you guys think. the rest of the armor is pretty weathered so i need to do something with it. any suggestions ?

Sorry i have not had much time to work on this but i finally got back to it. here is the sculpt and the molding process. I am making the first mold out of fiberglass to clean the mold them it's off to casting them in resin. I should have this bad boy pulled out and finished painted by the ens of the week.
And i decieded to go with the rough look it seems to flow well with the rest of the suit . and after that i plan on painting my new head. FINALLY !!! 
I know from a few angles it is a little off but remember i cast it off a head and not a table . It fits the head i made to perfection it wasn't intended to hang on a wall.      I HUNT WITH THIS BAD ASS MO FO !!!

Yes Sir i did . i figured it was the best way to get it as snug as i could get it.

Sorry big guy it's not painted yet. i am using it as a show piece at some Cons right now. But i promise after this coming weekend i will for sure have something for you to look at. In the meantime, i will upload some pics of how far i have gotten with it so far

Well it's been a long time on this post. but i finally got offf my ass and got some pics loaded. the helmet is done and painted i will put up some pics of the piece tomorrow but here are a set of hands that i am making for this bad boy They are coming out better than i thought so i might sell a few sets. here is the progress of them

Bout time brotha. The hands are coming along nicely. I think those finger nails need some refining though. Peace, oh and some photos of the finished bio might be NICE.

The nails i did with monster makes clay are pretty much done. I made them so i can use them on both hands i wasnt sure if i could do it but it worked out nicely. And it's sad to say the Bio isn't quite finished yet, But it is on the table to get it done. It just needs Lenses and some highlighting
