Just ran a test to see how cutting out my files would work on my flat bed cutter and it worked out AMAZING. I cut out a Mark 42 helmet in about 20 min. Here is a short video of it in action along with a photo of all the pieces when it was done.

I am still working on getting everything figured out, I am looking into buying a creasing wheel also to crease all the folds in the flaps. This should make it so everything folds together crisp and clean. But soon as I get that worked out, I could be able to help you out.

that is one serious machine you are using there, what is it? makes my silhouette sd look like a kids toy

Ya it is one serious machine....lol! Its a zund flatbed cutter that is 1600mmX1600mm
